Bandit collars are made of an ultra-resistant material: polypropylene (or nylon) webbing. It is specially designed to withstand heavy loads... but not only that! It is also resistant to heat, friction, wear and weather... In short, to the life of animals. Tested and approved by Bandit himself!
The necklaces are machine washable. A little tip though: make sure to place your accessories in a washing bag specially designed for delicate clothes, and choose a gentle or cold program. Brrrr, it would be almost cold without our necklace to dress us!

Shipping & Returns
Once the order confirmation email is received, the order is processed the same day (if the order is placed before 3 p.m. on our site), and within D+1 maximum for all orders placed after 3 p.m. In summary, your order is prepared and shipped within a maximum of 24 hours.
The delivery times indicated are the times communicated by our carriers. Under no circumstances can Bandit be held liable in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines:
- Home delivery (tracked letter or Colissimo): 4 to 5 days
- Delivery to Relay Point: 5 to 6 days
Return costs are your responsibility if your package is returned to us following:
- an address error
- package not collected within the allotted time
- a product that does not suit you
Outside the European Union and for the French Overseas Territories, taxes and customs duties may apply and are your responsibility upon delivery. The total of your order does not include these taxes and customs duties. You can find out the amount to be paid at your local post office.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request the return or refund of your items if they do not suit you. To register your return or refund request, go to our exchange platform to download your return label: https://petsleash.returnscenter.com/ Return costs are the responsibility of our customers.
Items ordered online can only be returned via the label you downloaded from our portal. Our physical points of sale do not take back or exchange items ordered online.
Once your package has been dropped off at the nearest La Poste drop-off point, the package may take up to 14 days to reach us. Once received, the refund period is a maximum of 15 days (this period may vary depending on the carrier's delivery conditions). The general condition of the item is checked. If the returned item is compliant, we will either refund you.
We do not accept any returns that are not duly completed and reported via our returns platform. No return of goods can be noted by the logistics teams in the event that the return is made to the head office of the A&M company.
Please note that used, damaged or deteriorated parts will not be refunded. Personalized accessories (brushes, medals, bowls and bandanas) are not refunded or exchanged.

Once your order has been lovingly processed and shipped by the Bandit teams, your beautiful Bandit box will be delivered to your home within 2 to 6 working days depending on the delivery method* (*average indication compared to the times observed, we cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery).
Once your order is prepared and taken care of by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, thanks to which you can follow the delivery of your package. GO Bandit!

Solidarity at French Bandit
Bandit, before being a brand, is a love story for a dog that came straight from Romania, adopted thanks to a great association. Without their work, Bandit would still be a street dog and the French Bandit brand would not exist. On our scale, and with the help of Super-Bandit, we respond to urgent needs and calls for help from associations and/or owners of animals in need. We also act on the ground by distributing kibble, cuddles and beautiful French Bandit collars.
Examples of frequent needs of associations:
- Purchase of food
- Purchase of blankets
- Purchase of medicines
- Participation in healthcare costs
- Transport/carpooling for an animal

These are associations that we know and which all have the desire to make things happen in a good mood, even if the fight is sometimes difficult!
For each amount paid, we ask for proof of payment/invoice and we follow the adventures of the animals we support.
There are many ways to get involved against animal abandonment and abuse in general. By sponsoring an animal, by going to the association closest to you to become a volunteer, by donating blankets/food...
The list is long and there are not enough hands. Bandit can only encourage you to get involved and brighten up their daily lives.
